Light up Souter House Park

Starting a petition to put lights around Souter House Park Coatbridge next to Boxing Barn. As your well aware the winter nights are closing in and I would feel it would be very beneficial for dogs walkers and passers by. This would increase the safety of people walking around/through the park when it's dusk/dark and encourage more people to comfortably exercise at night without feeling threatened or feared. 

I'm sure you can all agree that putting lighting up to slightly illuminate the park in the winter months, this would put the local dog walkers amd passers by feel safe enough to walk round/through.
